As lead producer, I worked with the Creative Director to interview & hire new teammates onto our volunteer team. I led milestone planning, scoping ambitious delivery schedules, and worked with our Lead Programmer to resolve issues that came up while working with such a distributed team. As a result of my efforts, we were able to successfully deliver our first internal demo.

As art producer, I managed five different art teams, tracking the work of 18 remote artists across multiple time zones, in addition to being the main interface with our external art developer. I also led cross-departmental efforts to organize & define the scope of our UI work, clarifying the team’s direction across several milestones, and successfully shipped our Vertical Slice build.
AGRYOS: Recovering Eden

As co-producer, I led planning sessions with the team leads, highlighting priorities, interdependencies, resource issues, and risks in order to complete an ambitious game in five months. In addition to tracking our team’s progress, I also interfaced with our external audio team, successfully bringing both together into a game that shipped to Very Positive reviews on Steam.
