Lead Producer

Tiny Titan: The Lost Chronicles was created by a group of 12 - 17 developers volunteering with Argosoft Games, one of the Cave Bear Games’ studio partners.
Cave Bear Games is a discord server connecting juniors in the game industry with entry-level opportunities. Much like a game jam, volunteers collaborate in a hobbyist/semi-professional capacity—however, with volunteer game development, there's much more for a producer to do. On this project, my focus was to help the team deliver an internal demo that would set the creative direction for the rest of Preproduction.
My contributions:
- Led milestone planning, scoping MVP & stretch deliverables with consideration to our part-time developers
- Created new documentation for our Milestone Delivery Documents, highlighting dependencies between disciplines & establishing our internal deadlines in order to achieve ambitious goals
- Set up regular meetings between 12 remote developers in different time zones over Discord & organized additional meetings as needed, ensuring agenda was respected in order to achieve meeting goals
- Established asynchronous communication practices to ensure remote teammates unable to attend meetings were still kept in the loop, allowing them to progress on their tasks with confidence
- Interviewed & hired new teammates, onboarding them into our Unreal & Git project to ensure there were no technical difficulties before they could start work
