Tiny Titan: The Lost Chronicles was created by a group of 12 - 17 developers volunteering with Argosoft Games, one of the Cave Bear Games’ studio partners.

- Led milestone planning with Creative Director, scoping ambitious delivery cycles with consideration to our volunteer team
- Created documentation for our Milestone Delivery Documents, giving leadership a strong framework to establish goals for each phase of development & highlighting dependencies between disciplines
- Interviewed & hired new teammates, ensuring we had the best technical & cultural fit for the roles we needed filled
